Privacy policy
What we collect when you use sundaysystems.ai or apply to work with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
This website is run by TECHQUARTERS AI FZCO, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Tech Quarters", "we", "us"). If you have a question about this policy or your information, email hello@techquarters.ai.
What we collect
When you fill in the application form on our apply page, we collect what you give us:
- your name and business name
- your email address and, if you add it, your phone number
- your answers to the form questions: the kind of business you run, what is taking up your time, a revenue range and your timing
The form opens an email to us with your answers, so we also receive anything else you choose to write in that email.
When you browse the site, Google Analytics collects standard usage information, such as the pages you visit, roughly where you are visiting from, and the type of device and browser you use. It does not tell us who you are.
How we use it
- to reply to your application and talk with you about Tech Quarters services
- to prepare for a call or a systems audit with you
- to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the people at Tech Quarters who need it to respond to you, and the service providers that run our email and website (for example our email provider, our website host and Google Analytics). They process it on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies (named _ga and similar) to count visits and see which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt out add on, and the site will still work.
We also keep our own simple record of which pages are viewed and which links are clicked, and how visitors reached the site, so we can see which pages and ads are useful. It uses a random ID stored in your browser (named tq_vid) and does not include your name or contact details. You can clear it in your browser settings and the site will still work.
It also uses a random ID kept in your browser's session storage (named tq_visit) to group the pages you view in one visit. It is removed when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
We keep your application and our emails with you for as long as we are talking with you or working together, and then only as long as we reasonably need for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@techquarters.ai and we will reply within a reasonable time.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit who can access it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please don't send us anything sensitive you don't need to.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
